About the Role

Our Shed Construction Coordinator is the key link between the sales representatives and the building teams to ensure the construction aspect of all 'Design and Build' sheds is as smooth and efficient as possible.

You will provide customers with exceptional communication post order confirmation through the construction aspect of the project.

This position is based out of our Morrinsville retail store; however, travel within the Waikato area to build sites will also be required.

Standard hours of work are 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.

Skills and Experience

While a background in building may be an advantage, it is important that you are able to demonstrate:

Solid rapport and relationship building abilities.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong negotiation skills.

Ability to manage time, prioritise and meet deadlines.

A "Hunter and Gatherer" of information.

Decisiveness.

Ability to act with honesty and integrity.

Willingness to go the extra mile and put the hard yards in to make the company successful.

Ability to multi-task, adapt and effectively manage multiple activities.

Adaptable to change.

High levels of energy and enthusiasm and the right attitude.

You will need a full driver's licence (or the ability to get one soon).
