What We're Looking For:
Proven leadership experience in early childhood education, with a talent for building and guiding teams.
Strong business acumen, capable of managing complete centre operations, finances, and compliance with a strategic approach. This includes sales & customer management, oversight of expenses, licensee responsibilities, ensuring complete compliance with all requirements of ERO and MOE, and communication with said organisations.
A people-focused mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with staff, parents, and the community. This includes creating advertising & marketing strategies and new business opportunities that will result in centre and business growth, as well as fostering relationships with communities, groups, nearby businesses & organisations.
Hands-on approach to overseeing all daily operations, enrolment growth, centre growth, and maintaining the high standards our families expect.
Developing training modules and looking after all of the Human Resource aspects of the business including health & wellbeing initiatives and policies, people & culture.
