Position Overview:
My client is currently looking to fill the role of either an Associate or Director within its BAS department. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing top-notch client service, managing engagements, and playing a pivotal role in the firm's success.
Qualifications:
For Associate Role:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CA or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant BAS experience.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
For Director Role:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CA or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum of 6 years of progressive BAS experience, demonstrating leadership skills.
Excellent client management and business development skills.
Additional Requirements:
Strong understanding of accounting standards.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in relevant software and tools.
