SFO e-Discovery Analyst - Auckland or Wellington The Serious Fraud Office (SFO) is a highly specialised government department whose mission is to disrupt and deter serious complex fraud through prevention, investigation, and prosecution. The SFO seeks an accomplished e-discovery, ideally Relativity, super-user to join our Commercial Bay, Auckland CBD team or our The Terrace, Wellington CBD team as an E-Discovery Analyst. Responsibilities: Manage investigative material in our evidence management platforms. Ensure evidence is preserved, uploaded accurately, and data quality is maintained. Troubleshoot errors and ensure evidence is well-organised and available for our investigative teams. Preserve legal professional privilege and ensure disclosure obligations are met. Manage the flow of evidence from multiple sources, including from our electronic forensic unit. Advise and assist investigation teams with the analysis and interpretation of data. Provide systems training and take a lead role in testing new systems enhancements. Provide recommendations and oversee implementation. Qualifications: Experience with Relativity; being a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) is beneficial. Experience with a similar e-discovery platform. Comprehensive skills using document management systems. A proven record of customer-centric delivery and success in this type of role. Collaborative and engaging style, able to work effectively under time and resource constraints.
