Add expected salary to your profile for insights We are seeking a Services Supervisor to lead the team at the Pacific plant.What's on offer:Highly competitive remunerationEmployee benefits and discounted meat salesCareer growth and development opportunitiesThe role:The Services Supervisor is responsible for Pacific's services function which includes the maintenance of buildings and services including compressed air, water, steam, refrigeration, site grounds and waste treatment.The role requires leading a team of 3 as part of the larger engineering department.Hours of Work: 6.30am to 3.30pm, Mondays to Fridays with occasional overtime and weekend work as required.On call rotation within Engineering Department.Responsibilities:Lead team of 3 to ensure all areas of site services are compliant and maintained to a high standard.Coordinating contractors as required from scoping of works, PO generation through to completion and payment.Reporting on progress to Engineering ManagerProvide engineering support to ensure HSE, hygiene, regulatory and compliance requirements.Train and coach team to achieve required results for assigned works.Manage budget including raising purchase order requests and reviewing expenditure.The successful applicant must have the following skills and attributes:Previous leadership experience within an engineering environment.Broad-based experience and knowledge of mechanical and engineering practices related to the role.Relevant trade qualification and proven industrial experienceAbility to analyse problems and implement effective solutions on a timely basis.To apply online, click "Apply" below to submit your applicationReport this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
