Your role, your journey | Te Huarahi Whakatipu The Services Manager will lead a team of Network & Voice Engineers, ensuring the efficient operation and enhancement of network and voice services for business customers.
With 5+ years of experience in managing technical teams, particularly in network and voice technologies, the role requires strong coaching, communication, and collaboration skills.
ITIL certification or relevant experience is a must.
You'll ensure high-quality services, foster a skilled and motivated team, and continuously improve services through new technologies and best practices.
How you'll show up | Tu mai Tu Rangatira Create a supportive environment where the team feels safe to experiment, learn, and challenge the norm.Ensure the team is meeting service level expectations for ticket management while also handling timesheets and leave requests.Help team members grow in their roles, supporting their career development, and lead post-incident reviews with internal stakeholders to ensure great outcomes for our customers.Manage the team's roster for our 7am-9pm operations, build strong relationships with internal teams, partners, and customers, and help bring new products into our daily work.Career development - You're our focus.
