Services Manager

A Woman's Touch Cleaning Services is currently looking for a services manager to join their team in Queenstown. The role is permanent and full-time (we guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per week). Applicants must be available on weekends and public holidays. The rate of pay offered is between $31- $34 per hour, depending on the candidate's qualifications.   The successful applicant must hold at least a diploma which includes any one of the following subjects: management/business/entrepreneurship or marketing. In additon to this, the applicant must have a class 1 driver licence as they will be using company vehicles to visit clients.   The services manager's key job duties are:  ·       Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and performance manage employees. ·       Ensure quality of services and that policies/procedures are adhered to by staff. ·       Lead daily operations and resolve any issues. ·       Lead scheduling of work, including employee work rosters and client jobs. ·       Tailor and sell services to clients, handle complaints and perform general stakeholder management. ·       Ensure all health and safety policies are up to date, employees are adequately trained, and registers are maintained.   Employment references will be required in order to be successful.
