Job Overview As a Heavy Forklift Service Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our clients' heavy forklifts. Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heavy forklifts to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
Conduct repairs and component replacements as needed, adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
Document all service and repair activities accurately and thoroughly, maintaining detailed records for future reference.
Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients to address inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
Requirements
Proven experience as a forklift technician or similar role, with a strong background in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Certification or formal training in heavy diesel mechanics, heavy automotive technology, or a related field preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
