The Service Repair Technician will effectively diagnose, and repair returned products in accordance with the company manufacturer's warranty to support best in class customer experience. If you have a technical/mechanical aptitude and mindset and enjoy repairing electronic or mechanical products this is your opportunity to become a trained service technician working with market leading brands! Reporting to the Milwaukee Christchurch Service Centre Manager your duties will include: Dismantling and reassembling product to make a diagnosis Delivering quality repairs within a timely manner Diagnose and troubleshooting faults in power tool products and equipment. Continuously improving the warranty and service processes looking for ways to streamline where possible Ensure compliance with all TTI WHS and company procedures. Ensure your activities comply with relevant acts, legal demands and ethical standards. Skills and experience required: Restricted electrical license or appliance electrical testing licence an advantage, but not essential A strong technical/mechanical aptitude and keen interest in repairing electrical products. Strong problem solving skills Ability to work to set KPI's and self-manage time Excellent personal presentation and time management skills Strong interpersonal skills and computer skills This is an onsite technician role with no travel involved, based in our Christchurch Service Centre.
