The diversity offered at Duffett is unsurpassed by its competitors which makes for an extremely exciting and engaging work life.  What will you be doing Reporting directly to the Service Department Manager, the Service Technician is responsible for helping to drive the teams productivity process whilst ensuring the company is represented in the highest standard.  In addition to the technical, hands-on servicing and installation the Service Technician is also responsible for customer report preparation which highlights faults for clients and provides suitable solutions. Given the strong team environment within the business the Service Technician must be happy to assist on special projects or in the wider installation team if and when necessary.
