Previous diagnostic experience with any of our brands would be advantageous. We're looking for someone with excellent diagnostic and repair skills & a 'can-do' attitude, someone who can hit the ground running and keep up in a busy, fast-paced workshop.It's also essential that you have:Min Qualification/Experience: A recognized technician qualification and/or a minimum of 3 years working experience in a workshop; diagnostic experienceThe ability to work in New ZealandA current Full clean Drivers License- or the ability to obtain oneCapable of service and repair workAn honest and reliable work ethicA high attention to detailThe ability to work within a multicultural team environmentA good standard of personal presentation and tidy work habitsWOF AVI would be advantageous but not essential.Key Duties:Achieves prompt and accurate diagnosis of vehicle faults and service needsComplete the job for vehicles within the times recommended by the manufacturerAchieves our policy of no repeat repairsDelivers high level of customer satisfaction required to achieve our service of customer retention standardsThis is an exciting opportunity to join our growing family business that promotes success at every level.
