Service Technician(Field)

It's exciting times for us! This means we have an opportunity to join our small Taupo team as a full-time Field Service Technician.
Our Field Service mechanics are highly respected with a vast knowledge of the workings of tractor and farm machinery. We are now looking for an individual who has an understanding of the modern tractor and associated electronics who are willing and able to join our high-performing team in what is a stellar organisation.
As one of our valued Field Service mechanics the role provides variety, requires a methodical approach, the ability to problem solve and a customer service focus. In return, as this team is well-established, the wealth of knowledge and experience you will have at your disposal to ensure you are supported at all levels and set-up to succeed. What you will have:
Service work experience, with a focus on agricultural tractors and machinery.
Qualified diesel/heavy machinery mechanic (or you may be a qualified auto mechanic who has had exposure to the agricultural world and is willing to learn).
High standards of workmanship with the ability to complete accurate paperwork.
A customer-centric focus with the ability to execute high-level customer service.
Maturity, sound work ethic and high-level communication skills.
