Service Supervisor

Colac Bay Tavern / South Island Properties Limited We are currently looking for 3 Service Supervisors, who is willing to work in a challenging environment and ready to learn.
The experience in the related field is appreciated but not necessary.
We require the following: -   ·       Multilinguistic and multitasking people will be given preference.
·       Must be ready to learn and adjust in a dynamic environment.

Apply with updated current detailed CV and a cover letter (note: applications without cover letter will not be accepted)   Key Responsibilities:-   Determine work requirements and allocating duties to Commercial Housekeepers, Luggage Porters, and Doorpersons Conferring with managers to coordinate activities with other organisational units.
Must be able to maintain attendance records and rosters as per company policy.
Must have knowledge of health and safety at workplace, must be able to explain and enforce safety regulations.
Must be able to oversee the work of the unit and suggest required improvements and changes.
Must be able to be conferring with workers to resolve grievances.
Must be able to perform front office and hotel reception duties.

Base salary plus bonuses depending on your performance, efficiency and how smartly you perform.
Competitive wages paid weekly up to $29.66 per hour 30 hours / week, but with Flexibility in relation to working overtime.
Full time position, Monday-Friday between 9am-5:00 pm   Location:  Otago   This is an exciting opportunity to join the team.
