The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Service Representative to be based in Auckland where you will play a hands-on role to perform a variety of field service tasks in support of a diverse range of expanding Customer assets. Joining a truly global organisation, you will be required to work on call, with some out of hours work and frequent local and occasional international travel may also be necessary.
The market we work in is changing rapidly and as it does, so do we. To help you make an Impact. you will be supported with ongoing training and specialisation on some of our exciting new digital / monitoring products.
This exciting new career opportunity will see you:
Attending service callouts, which will include preventative and corrective maintenance/repairs to UPS units
Inspecting project installations prior to commissioning and commissioning of installed assets
Providing exceptional customer service, building and strengthening customer relationships
Providing technical information and assistance on the wide-ranging Schneider Electric portfolio
Recording accurate information relating to site visits, unit replacement, defective parts and repairs
Proactively complying with safety policies, practices, and procedures
About You
Electrical Trade Qualifications
Current Drivers License (we supply a Tool of Trade Vehicle!)
Previous experience in a similar Field Service or Maintenance position
Proven ability to collaborate with various teams and work autonomously when required
A technical aptitude and a digital mindset that is engaged in new technologies
Well-developed interpersonal skills and a natural problem-solver / trouble-shooter
Demonstrated commitment to all things HS&E and confident in identifying risks
