We regulate the health sector and are the primary source of advice on health matters.The newly established Service Experience team is responsible for ensuring the quality of the end user experience for all digital technologies for the Ministry. The team hold relationships with key partners and suppliers, including Health NZ, and make sure the Ministry's needs are met.Ko ake mahi - What you'll doAs the Service Performance Analyst, you will establish and maintain service management performance reporting across all digital services provided to the Ministry. You will analyse service delivery performance metrics, identify areas for improvement and report on the actions required to maintain and enhance service levels. You will foster strong relationships with Ministry kaimahi and stakeholders to ensure their feedback is captured and championed in all service performance decisions.
