Mo te turanga | About the RoleThis Service Owner (SO) will be the owner/operator running the Regulatory Reporting squad that is accountable for delivering core experience data products and applications for PTR and Foreign Tax on a day-to-day and sprint-to-sprint basis leading an agile development team. They maximise the value of that product/service and represent the customer in the team, bridging the gap between product strategy and development.• Work closely with internal & external customers to understand their needs and pain points and use data driven decisioning to power the product/service forward.• Accountable for managing scope, prioritisation and ensuring good quality agile ceremonies.
