Your Role: As a Service Owner, your primary responsibility will be to work with business and technology to ensure seamless operations and technical management of ticketing solutions. You will work with teams to ensure operational and business objectives are met, and that the solutions are well maintained and enhanced as needed.

Your Fit: You'll be a motivated and organised Service Owner/Service Delivery Manager with a minimum 5 years' experience in the role. Leadership experience will be highly important to be successful in this role. You will have a keen eye for customer experience, and strong experience managing external parties. Thriving in a fast-paced environment is a must, and your excellent interpersonal skills will enable effective team collaboration and stakeholder management. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities are crucial, as is the ability to remain calm under pressure. Experience with ticketing and/or contactless payment technology solutions would be highly beneficial.
