The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled technical and people leader to join our Masterton Dealership as the Service Manager. You will be responsible for managing the operational performance of the service department to maximise efficiency, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
To Be Successful You Will Have:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the agricultural, heavy equipment, or automotive industry
In-depth knowledge of service department operations and processes
Strong technical knowledge and advanced skills in diagnosis, repairs, and servicing of heavy equipment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to create a supportive and motivating work environment
Demonstrated experience in championing health and safety systems, regulations, and procedures
Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction
