Management (Community Services & Development) Starting salary of $76,053 per annum with work vehicle, phone, and laptop. Permanent, full-time position based in Invercargill! Mo te tunga | About the role As a Service Manager, your role involves creating a positive team environment, meeting individual needs, and building relationships with families. Prior people management experience is required, and a background in Health and Disability is preferred but not essential. Key attributes include a genuine desire to make a positive difference, a can-do attitude, and adaptability. You'll report to the Area Manager and collaborate with other Service Managers and the Regional/National team to support a supportive work environment. Passion for the services provided by IDEA Services and the people supported. Relevant tertiary qualification. Experience in delivering outcomes in a high-pressure and changing environment.
