In-depth technical knowledge of diesel systems and components.
Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
Budget management experience, with a focus on optimizing resources.
Commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with industry trends.
Build people capability through development, performance management and succession planning.
