We truly believe that when people achieve their financial goals, their whanau and communities flourish as a result.To help us with this, we are searching for a Service Manager to join our Invercargill Branch team.What you'll be busy with:As part of the Invercargill Branch team, this role is responsible for the proactive leadership of a team that are focused on growth and profitability through using the CON2ECT/Heart to Heart Member Experience framework to proactively identify and understand member needs and to recommend additional suitable products or services that will benefit the member including referring on where appropriate. Your role will be key in ensuring members are matched with the right solutions to meet their financial needs across the full product suite.The Service Manager has primary responsibility for leading, coaching and developing their team of Banking Consultants and is responsible for proactively growing the business through key relationships and business development.What you'll bring:Demonstrated sales and relationship building experience preferably within the financial services industryExtensive exposure to customer service-related industryDemonstrated team leadership and/or coaching experienceComputer literacy - ability to use MS Office toolsKnowledge of financial services products and processesExcellent standard of communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and self-management skillsAble to work in a team environmentWorks well under pressure and in a high-volume workflow environmentPassionate about providing a superior level of member serviceA high level of accuracy and attention to detailHave or be prepared to gain NZ Certificate in finance (L5) within 6 months of commencing in the role.Gel with our values, Own It, Do What's Right, One Team and We're with You.This role is full time, working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday.About Us:We're on an exhilarating growth journey, and we need exceptional individuals who are ready to embrace our ambitious goals.
