Service Manager

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Manager to join our team, overseeing the Nurse Maude 75-bed Care Home in central Merivale, Christchurch.
The Care Home Service Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of the facility. This includes ensuring high-quality care for residents, compliance with all regulatory requirements, financial management, staff leadership, and fostering a positive, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.
He momo/About you You will be a highly experienced manager who has had extensive experience in health and preferably in the aged care sector.
Key to success in this position is the ability to relate well to a wide range of people including residents and their whanau, team members and those who refer people into our care. It is important that you can balance caring for people with solid business outcomes.
You will need to have high levels of energy for your mahi, together with the resilience to maintain a sustainable focus.
