Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow, and technician assignments.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely, professional, and friendly service and ensure that issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.Lead, train, and motivate a team of service technicians and advisors to maintain high performance standards.Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, providing expert guidance to both customers and technicians.Oversee the ordering of parts and inventory management.Maintain accurate records of all service activities and monitor department KPIs.Stay updated on the latest motorcycle models, service techniques, and manufacturer recommendations. Skills sought Proven experience in a service management or leadership role, preferably within a motorcycle or automotive dealership.Technical knowledge of motorcycles and motorcycle repair processes.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Exceptional customer service and communication skills.Knowledge of dealership management software (DMS) systems.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Valid motorcycle license (preferred).
