Service Manager

We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team
A Successful Candidate will join a well-known HVAC & R company based in East Tamaki, Auckland. Trading since 2014, ASAER Ltd is currently owner-operated with huge potential for growth, and we need the help of a suitable Service Manager to do this successfully!

Remuneration package - 100k Plus
Profit share (Incentive - Possible to the right candidate)

Office hours - Mon - Fri
+/- 40 hours a week

Applicants will need the following Attributes:

Suitable qualifications in AC & Refrigeration (Preferably Trade Qualified)
Demonstrated leadership skills and past experience
Experience running a team of service & installation technicians
Experience in quoting AC & Refrigeration repairs, installations, and service work
Some financial & budgeting experience
Understanding of NZ health & safety requirements
Able to manage customer needs and contracts
Able to work unsupervised
Able to communicate in English (written & verbal)
Some computer skills
Clean NZ driver's license
Required work visa or NZ residence permits
Able to grow company interests (New Business development)
