This is an exciting time to join, as you will play a pivotal role with us implementing new ways of operating across New Zealand. The role is based at the Auckland District Court, and you may also support teams outside of the Auckland region.
This is an operational leadership and delivery role where standardisation, consistency and accountability are underpinned by the values of respect, integrity, service and excellence.
Your experience working in a collaborative and dynamic environment coupled with a high degree of personal resilience and agility in response to changing priorities is crucial to success in this role.
We are looking for someone with significant experience managing a team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their professional development and efficient performance whilst maintaining a positive team culture and environment.
You will also have:
A working knowledge of the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and the implications of these for the work of Te Tahu o te Ture – Ministry of Justice.Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities to handle a diverse range of responsibilities with resilience to cope with unexpected situations.Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, and highly developed emotional intelligence with an ability to collaborate effectively.Experience utilising and maintaining internal systems to its fullest potential, ensuring accurate data input, smooth workflow, and comprehensive reporting.Resourcefulness, practicality, and a systems-oriented mindset to optimise operational processes.Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.This vacancy offers a large scope for your own development and growth.
