ABOUT THE ROLE
The Service Lead will architect and drive a world-class service function that fuels customer satisfaction and unlocks a new revenue stream for Fabrum. You will have the opportunity to:
Design a comprehensive service package with defined tiers, pricing models, and contracts that adapt to diverse product lines, locations, and service needs.
Establish a holistic service plan across maintenance schedules, service bulletins, upgrade options, and SLAs cover.
Develop and maintain an asset management system
Lead the creation and implementation of training programs and documentation libraries to ensure consistent exceptional service.
Develop and deploy standardized service processes, ticketing systems, and reporting mechanisms.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and IT functions to ensure a cohesive and high-performing service function.
Lead and grow a small team of service engineers and technicians in a fast-paced high growth environment.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate a high-performing service team.
Expertise in developing and implementing service processes, project management methodologies, and ensuring efficient service delivery.
Strong understanding of service business models, pricing strategies, and revenue generation in a B2B environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively and get things done.
Experience delivering service to complex and technical engineering products, ideally with multinational exposure.
