We are seeking an experienced and passionate Services Lead to join our team to ensure stability and excellence in service delivery across the Marae.The Role:As the Services Lead, you will play a critical leadership role in overseeing the delivery of services across the Marae.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will ensure that our services uphold the Marae cultural values, mission, and contractual commitments.
This role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, work collaboratively with stakeholders, and contribute to whanau-centred outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day service operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.Provide professional leadership to kaimahi, fostering a high-performing and supportive team environment.Ensure services align with the Marae kaupapa, strategic goals, and contractual obligations.Contribute to the strategic direction of the Marae by implementing initiatives that enhance service delivery and whanau outcomes.Monitor performance against KPIs, maintain compliance, and manage service contracts.Champion health and safety practices to ensure a safe environment for all.About You:Minimum of 5 years experience in service delivery or team leadership, preferably in Maori services or community settings.Tertiary qualification in social services, community development, or management (preferred).Strong understanding and commitment to Te Reo Maori me nga Tikanga Maori.Proven leadership and management skills with experience leading diverse teams.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and risk-management skills.Experience managing service contracts and regulatory compliance.Apply Now:If you're passionate about delivering high-quality services and leading with Tikanga Maori at the forefront, we'd love to hear from you.
