Join us in making a positive impact on people's lives!Join Our Vibrant Facilitation Team! As a Service Facilitator, you'll play a pivotal role in our Service Centre. Your mission? To provide top-notch phone-based coordination services and exceptional customer support. Whether assisting clients or support workers, you'll be the crucial factor ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This is a full-time permanent role - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm based in Tamaki Makaurau Albany.Responsibilities include:Managing phone-based and email enquiries that come through from external stakeholders (our clients, their whanau, our funders) and internal stakeholders (our support workers and service delivery teams)Coordination of services between support workers and clientsRostering cover to ensure our clients receive the support they need in the event of a support worker being unavailable to workEnsuring our customers are placed at the heart of everything you do, striving to deliver the best possible outcomesEmpathy and a genuine interest in helping othersPassion about the Healthcare sectorConfidence in using technology/computer literacyExceptional communication and rapport building skills over the phoneA positive, adaptable, and resilient attitude - must work well under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environmentIf you'd like to make a real difference in people's lives, apply today.Applications close | Te katinga o tenei whai turanga: 15th November 2024 at 5pm.
