About the Role We're opening the doors to someone who is keen to break out of the cycle and step into our newly built, vibrant office where the word "no" is rarely used.
You'll join the team for 12-months on a fixed-term, full time basis, at our office in Port Chalmers, Dunedin where you will:
Take the lead on refreshing and standardising repeatable IT processes with the end goal of getting it right each and every time and giving superb customer experience for our team.Become the expert for our IT Service tooling and build the configuration to solve the issues.Drive a culture of IT ticket ownership, setting the standard for communication on each and every ticket.Resolve high priority incidents quickly and thoroughly, as part of a team response (i.e., cyber security threats).About You If you tick some or all the following boxes we'd love to hear from you:
Experience in a Managed Service Provider environment.Exceptional communicator, who loves a challenge.Perceptive and sharp, especially when it comes to problem-solving.A team-oriented, positive, and collaborative attitude.Experience in developing and maintaining quality technical and end user documents.Troubleshooting experience across a wide range of technologies, including Windows desktop and server, Microsoft 365, networking, print, custom applications, SQL Server, end user devices, and infrastructure.You'll also be a self-starter who is willing to give anything a try, including working in a range of environments spanning both office and operational areas such as straddle cabs (up high with awesome views), our floating plant (out on the water), and our maintenance areas.
