Our Service Desk team provides exceptional technical expertise and support both in-house and remote to several offices based across North Island. In this role, you'll be building and maintaining relationships with our internal stakeholders ranging from field staff to engineers and executives and providing them remote and on-site IT support. Amongst other things you will also:Respond to walk-in, email and phone enquiries and requests for advice and assistance.Provide first level support to Northpower staff including initial Call Diagnosis & Prioritisation.Set up desktop/laptop, iPad and mobile hardware and software.Coordinate hardware repair and replacement, suppliers and other vendors and the procurement of IT equipment.What's in it for youYou'll be working for an organisation that puts its people first and values growth and development.
