Service Desk Team Member - The Warehouse, Richmond (Part-Time)

  Joining our great service team, you will be a team player who works well individually and within the team. With proven communication skills, attention to detail, you enjoy providing the best customer experience.
As well as assisting our customers with their inquiries, you will process returns, exchanges, refunds and transfers.
You will also support Loss Prevention with security assistance and help support and supervise the Checkout area as required.
By putting the customer first The Warehouse succeeds in being one of the best retailers in New Zealand and our positive, friendly, helpful Team Members help keep our customers shopping with us.   This is a permanent part-time position covering the following shifts: Tuesday to Friday 4.30pm - 9pm Saturday 8am - 4pm  Qualifications Ideally you will have: Experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role  Excellent communication skills Experience with POS systems A positive, can-do attitude The ability to undertake heavy lifting, climbing ladders and being on your feet for long periods of time Availability and flexibility to support the team around Service desk  Additional Information There are many benefits that come with working for the largest retailer in New Zealand, including many career and development opportunities.
