Founded in 2008, this IT Service provider offers IT support, cloud & data solutions as well as design and consultancy services to a diverse client base throughout Sydney. The internal culture is underpinned by teamwork, accountability, trust and communication and there is a focus on keeping the fun in work - where there are social activities, team building exercises and flexibility promoted from the Directors down.The OpportunityDue to sustained growth, an opportunity has been created for a Service Desk Team Lead to join the team. Reporting directly to the two Directors, this person will work closely with a highly skilled team to maintain service levels and the day-to-day operation.Some of the key tasks will include:Develop an operational plan for the team including allocation of resources.Manage & mentor a team of motivated Service Desk technicians.Monitor internal service levels and KPI's to ensure SLA's agreements are adhered to.Lead the planning and execution for Project delivery.Oversee all policies, procedures and documentation for the function.The Successful Applicant• Will hold relevant IT qualifications / certifications such as ITIL.• Has experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity within the Service Desk environment.• Can manage Active Directory, O365, Microsoft Exchange and cloud services such as Azure.• Is experienced with virtualisation technologies and has managed VMWare (or Hyper-V) virtual environments.• Has strong network management skills, including network hardware, networking concepts (TCP / IP, Routing, DNS, VLANs).• Interpersonally, you are a proactive communicator who can build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.The BenefitsAustralian owned boutique MSP - Have an impact and influence in your career.Growing business offering opportunities for professional growth and development.Team based culture - have fun at work.Work with a diverse range of companies across industries – Interesting & varied role.Lead a high performing team with a great culture - Achieve great things!Work from Home flexibility.Clearly defined career progression and advancement opportunities.Social culture - friendly and outgoing team that celebrates success.Sound interesting?
