Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology) As part of our Service Desk Team you must work well in a team environment and demonstrate enthusiasm for learning new technologies and products.We're looking for someone interested in developing and progressing in a successful career in ICT. To reinforce this, ongoing study and professional development will be strongly encouraged and supported. You will be someone who wants to share our long-term goals and takes a holistic approach of being a part of a fast-paced high growth business.Key Responsibilities:An excellent phone mannerProviding technical support for NorthCloud customers across a range of technologies and industriesSupporting all clients, no matter how big or smallEnsuring NorthCloud clients receive gold class customer serviceMaintaining up to date time records and technical documentationTo be successful in this role you must:Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenBe passionate about delivering outstanding customer service at all timesHave a good knowledge of PC and server hardware, Operating Systems and Office productsHave ICT certifications and ideally some experience working in the ICT industryHave a strong work ethicBe a self starter and a great team playerAll about NorthCloud:NorthCloud is Northland's premium B2B (Business to Business) technology partner, we take the complexity out of finding the right solutions to meet our client's technological needs.
