We have an exciting 12 month fixed-term opportunity for a Service Desk Consultant, based in our Palmerston North office and reporting to the Manager Service Desk. As a Service Desk Consultant, you will be responding to incidents and service requests lodged by your FMG colleagues, guiding them to an appropriate resolution and ensuring they have what they need to support our clients. In this pivotal role, you must be a great communicator who is able to build and maintain positive relationships with our internal and external stakeholders, as well as being able to provide an exceptional level of operational service and support. We are looking for a person who: Is a motivated learner with a positive and pro-active attitude Has the ability and knowledge to provide outstanding first level technical support Is enthusiastic about working collaboratively within a busy team environment Is driven to solve problems, achieve targets, embrace change and stay cool, calm and collected when the pressure may be on Has a passion for customer service, ensuring our employees' needs are met in an agreed timeframe At FMG, we know our success is because of our people.
