Join a dynamic team as a Helpdesk Analyst and play a pivotal role in managing our IT operations.
This Service Desk team is passionate about customer service and supports their fellow colleagues across this organisation.Permanent role starting mid JanuaryMonday - Friday 8-4:30PMHybrid working, 2 days from home 3 days in office (Monday is Mandatory)Plenty of internal support in beginning stagesYour Key Responsibilities:Operating the IT helpdesk, managing and resolving incidents, and escalating issues as needed.Providing high-quality user support, including troubleshooting computer, networking, telephony, and application issues.Administering user accounts and managing IT assets through systems like Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.Deploying hardware and software for new and existing staff.Maintaining IT infrastructure using tools such as Intune and Microsoft 365 services.Supporting the team with cross-functional projects and ensuring health and safety compliance.About YouWe are looking for people with:Experience in first and second-level ICT support.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, and ICT security awareness.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.A tertiary qualification in IT or equivalent industry experience.Knowledge of health and safety practices.ALL APPLICANTS MUST IDEALLY HAVE:Long term work rights in NZRelevant qualifications below or equivalent experience:Business ComputingDiploma in Information and Communications TechnologyNational Diploma in Computing SupportBe immediately available.At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
