Service Desk Support Analyst
We are looking for a Service Desk Support Analyst who'll be responsible for providing first level support to FPA internal customers as required by the role.
What you'll be doing:

Provides overflow backup for PC's, Devices & Telephone technical support to FPA customers worldwide in response to specific requests.
Troubleshoots non-complex hardware, software and phone problems and escalates more complex issues appropriately.
Takes ownership for and prioritizes assigned standard service desk tasks and tickets to resolve in a timely basis with specific emphasis on global user setups and terminations.
Responsible for updating and maintenance of all loaner and temporary allocations of hardware and equipment supplied by IT.
Occasionally works evening and/or weekend shifts to cover absences with consultation.

About you

1-2 years in a Customer Service, Service desk or Call Centre Environment.
Competent and confident in troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills, especially around global component of role.
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow or create defined processes and procedures.
Proactive and Curious.
Team-orientated.
