We'll be implementing Te Au Reka over the next few years and are looking for people to be part of our team.Te Haeata / The OpportunityAs the Service Designer, you will be part of the Digital and Information workstream in the Te Au Reka Programme.This will be an ever evolving and improving process, so you will be working closely with both the Programme Digital and Information team and wider Ministry teams.You will also be involved in your Community of Practice at the Ministry.The Service Designer will work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and the Digital Design Manager, to ensure the end-to-end design of the Te Au Reka service is fit for purpose.You will have the opportunity to contribute to the way we work in the Digital & Information workstream, whilst delivering services to our customers.With this large piece of work our customers are everything, and you will need to be outcome focused and willing to muck in where needed.If you thrive on delivering business outcomes and ensuring customer centric service design is applied in everything you do, we want to hear from you!
