Founded in 2008, this IT Service provider offers IT support, cloud & data solutions as well as design and consultancy services to a diverse client base throughout Sydney.
The team dynamic is centered around collaboration, communication and achieving as a team.

There is also a level of flexibility offered to ensure that the team have a work / life balance.Your New RoleDue to consistent growth, an opportunity has been created for a Service Delivery Team Lead to join the business.
Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, this position will coordinate the team and allocate resources to deliver IT projects whilst ensuring that service delivery metrics are adhered to for a wide range of customers within this MSP.
The projects that this role will deliver include cloud migrations, new system implementations, hardware & software upgrades.
Additionally, this person will act as an escalation point to provide guidance on complex issues and technical expertise.
The team within this MSP consists of highly skilled and self-driven people ranging from Level 1 through to Level 3.About You!As the successful candidate, you will have come from an MSP background where you have worked your way up through the service desk, where you currently operate as a Level 3 Engineer or Supervisor and are now looking to take the next step in your career.
You are experienced with project management and are highly organised and forward thinking in how you plan your workload.
