Our environment here is part of who we are, and at ORC, we work each day to look after it.If you share this passion and can align your skills and experience to what we've outlined below, we would love to hear from you!About the RoleThe busy Fleet and Facilities Team are seeking a Service Delivery support role to join us on a 12-month fixed term, full-time basis (37.5 hrs per week) in Dunedin.This role reports to the Team Leader Fleet and Facilities and is focused on ensuring a high standard of customer service.
We work hard to deliver defined outputs within scope, timeframes, and budget, whilst adhering to relevant Council policies, guidelines, and procedures.
No two days are the same, and there are opportunities to get out of the office - so if you love variety, this role may be for you.Responsibilities include:Providing administration and technical assistance to the Support Services function.Responding to internal customer requests and queries.Providing support to enable efficient maintenance and management of Council plant and fleet, building maintenance and security.About YouOur ideal candidate will have:A clean and full driver's licence.NCEA Level 3 or equivalent work experience.A minimum of three years' experience in either administration or customer experience/support.A minimum of three years' experience in logistics/operations co-ordination, local government agency or government department.The ability to work well autonomously and flexibly, in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.What we offerWe recognise and celebrate diversity within Team ORC and are committed to providing a work environment that supports inclusion and equal opportunities.
