As a Specialist with Taikura Trust, you will provide leadership and support to our dedicated staff working in our Service Delivery teams. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders both inside and outside the organisation, in order to improve service delivery and ensure high quality outcomes for our clients

About the role... Leading by example, taking ownership of a caseload and work allocation Oversight of team processes, ensuring they are agile, compliant and fit for purpose Collaboration with other teams and process owners across the organisation to ensure systems flow smoothly and key information is captured and easily accessible 'Go-to' person for support around investigations, complaint resolution, service delivery issues, process roadblocks and training gaps within the team Providing support to the Manager and deputising when needed, to represent the team with Funder/Providers, Whanau/Clients and across the wider organisation About you... Passionate about what you do and committed to Taikura values Exceptional communication with the ability to relate to a diverse range of people Leadership and mentoring experience, with insight into learning styles and coaching Proven experience in co-ordinating support and services for people with a range of physical, intellectual or sensory needs Sound working knowledge of the health and disability, mental health or education sectors. Clinical experience is an advantage. What you will receive...
