Continuing to build on our already successful customer relationships and delivery history, we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee our operations within the Waikato region, providing supportive leadership to a team of highly skilled Line Mechanics, Electricians, Technicians, and Support staff. You will demonstrate effective management, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence change. You will be focused on providing a high level of customer service that meets the diverse needs of your clients.

Proven leadership ability to drive motivation and engagement of a large, diverse team, ideally in a geographically dispersed environment.
Sound financial skills and business acumen.
Commitment to a strong safety culture and focus for improvement.
A flexible attitude with a focus on innovation and productivity to ensure the team delivers low-cost fit-for-purpose solutions without compromising safety standards.
Project management experience and strong customer focus to ensure results delivered within client specifications.
