To finish your application we will email you further details. Service Delivery Lead About the role: We are seeking a dynamic Service Delivery Lead to join our Digital Team. This pivotal role will oversee the technology support provided by our Service Desk team, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with business requirements. You will be responsible for managing the transition of technology services, maintaining service continuity, and optimising service performance for our network, servers, desktops, databases, and related equipment. Key Responsibilities: Service Desk Management: Oversee the delivery of Service Desk activities with a strong customer focus. Strategic Planning: Set the strategy for transitioning Technology Services aligned with our digital strategy, implementing prioritization, workload management, and resource capability systems. Integrated Transition Plans: Develop and execute an integrated transition plan for Technology Services and lead decision-making processes related to future operating models. Vendor Management: Establish and implement supplier/vendor management strategies that meet business requirements. Collaboration: Work closely with technology teams, suppliers, and business representatives to develop and adhere to standards and procedures. Operational Leadership: Ensure the ongoing operational availability of services by enhancing processes for design, monitoring, measurement, and reporting. Performance Monitoring: Establish clear targets and performance standards for the Service Desk team and vendors, regularly evaluating and improving performance against these standards. Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for the Service Desk teams, fostering a culture of service excellence. About you: We are looking for a service delivery lead who will exemplify excellent communication skills, a positive 'can-do' attitude, and a team-player mentality, encouraging a collaborative working environment.
