Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Delivery Lead and Clinical Support to oversee the successful delivery of our occupational health & injury prevention programs. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards in clinical practice, program implementation, and client satisfaction. You will work closely with a diverse team of health professionals and operations staff to ensure seamless service delivery and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Service Delivery Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of health programs, ensuring they meet the client's objectives and standards of care.
Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical guidance and support for a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, including training, upskilling, and supervision.
Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain high clinical standards across all services.
Client Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong partnerships to understand and exceed client expectations.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Evaluate program outcomes and present data-driven insights to improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation in wellness solutions, keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging health trends.

Key Requirements:

Registered health professional (e.g., nurse, physiotherapist, dietitian) with current practicing certificate.
Experience in clinical practice, ideally with a focus on occupational health, public health, or corporate wellness.
Proven experience in managing health programs and/or service delivery in a healthcare or wellness setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client relationship management.
Analytical skills for data reporting and program evaluation.
A passion for health and wellbeing, with a proactive approach to promoting workplace wellness.
