We partner with organizations to deliver a range of health programs, wellness initiatives, and risk prevention strategies.The Role:As the Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring seamless service delivery for our clients. You will support the coordination and execution of wellness programs, manage logistics, liaise with key stakeholders, and ensure that our services meet the highest standards. This is a permanent, part-time opportunity, circa 20 hours per week.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the delivery of health and wellness programs across various client sites.Manage scheduling, resources, and communication with both internal teams and external clients.Monitor program progress and troubleshoot any service delivery issues.Maintain accurate documentation and reporting on program outcomes.Build strong relationships with clients & health professionals, ensuring they receive exceptional service.What You BringHealth related qualification preferred but not essential.Proven experience in service delivery coordination or a similar role.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.Passion for health, wellness, and improving workplace wellbeing.Why Work with Us?Be part of a purpose-driven company making a positive impact on workplace health.
