Service Delivery Consultant

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a brilliant renewable energy company that is looking to bring on a Junior Service Delivery Consultant to manage an exciting new contract they have just won.The RoleThe successful candidate will play a key role in servicing a contract in Germany, ensuring that the client's needs are met and acting as a liaison between the client and ESC. The role requires fluency in German, project management skills, and the ability to manage contract renewals and billing accuracy. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an understanding of commercial tender work, and the ability to work closely with various teams within the organisation.This full-time position will initially require the candidate to work from the Belfast office for the first few weeks/months to get up to speed with the project and the software. There will also be travel to Germany once per month to build and maintain client relationships.The Benefits The role offers a competitive salary of 35-40k, along with a hybrid work model, PMI, life assurance, leave buy-back, pension, and family and friends discounts.
