We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our New World Durham Street leadership team as a Service Deli Manager.
About us:
New World Durham Street is Christchurch's next-level supermarket experience, offering the latest in design and features. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate person with relevant experience to lead our high-performing Service Deli Department.
Our Service Deli Department is well known for its presentation, quality, innovative offer, and customer service. This role would ideally suit someone in an existing leadership role, looking to take the next step in their career.
Days and hours of this position will be discussed at interview stage.

Key responsibilities:

Organise and lead the daily operations of the Service Deli Department
Provide engaging leadership for all members of your team
Plan the department rosters
Ensure the department is presented to a very high standard at all times
Utilise SAP to its fullest capabilities to ensure an outstanding range for our customers
Using available information to inform daily production levels based on customer demand
Work collaboratively with our SAP Manager to ensure KPIs are being achieved
Work with the Store Manager and Owners to achieve or exceed agreed financial KPIs
Engage and build positive relationships with suppliers, sales reps, and merchandisers
Ensure your team is providing next-level customer service
Look for food trends and other ways to provide unique offerings to our customers
Create a positive environment for your team with opportunities for development & growth
