As well as a passion for people and fresh food we are looking for our new leader to have:
A demonstrated, proven knowledge and passion for fresh food.
Strong and clear communication skills to effectively interact with our customers and team members.
Strong leadership skills to train and develop your team to ensure food safety is always top priority.
Excellent prioritisation skills which will enable you to manage your workload.
The ability to obtain a Food Safety Certificate.
A day in the life of a Service Deli Manager could look like:
Meeting daily and weekly targets, KPI's, ordering, stock taking and rostering.
Implementing promotion planning with great detail and in a timely manner.
Training and developing Deli team members as well as Supervisors.
Championing Health, Safety and Food Safety practices.
The hours and days for this Deli Manager position are:
Sunday to Thursday 0630-1600
