Position: Service Coordinator

You will be joining a family-owned and highly reputable company, which has been supplying cars in NZ for over 20 years and is driven by passion and dedication to the automotive industry. Morrison Group now has three locations in Canterbury and represents 2 major new car franchises: Mitsubishi and Renault.
Key Responsibilities:
Contacting customers via phone, email, and text to provide updates, confirm details, and resolve inquiries.
Answering phones and scheduling and managing customer bookings to ensure efficient service delivery.
Assisting with the preparation and processing of service-related documentation, including service orders, invoices, and reports.
Collaborating with the sales team to schedule and manage bookings efficiently.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
Updating and maintaining accurate customer information in our system, ensuring all records are up-to-date and complete.
Providing exceptional support and contributing to a positive customer experience.
Performing general administrative duties such as filing and data entry.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Understanding of the automotive industry (previous experience with Mitsubishi or Renault is advantageous).
Customer Service: Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
Ownership & Accountability: A proactive and adaptable approach with a willingness to learn and grow.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy.
Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and contribute to the success of our growing business.
