Your interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships will be key when working with the people we support and their whanau/families, support teams, volunteers, and other professionals. You will need highly developed administrative skills and experience communicating effectively across a diverse workforce. You will have the ability to lead change and have a strong focus on client satisfaction.
