Our customers operate in different market segments from retail, healthcare, and hospitality to distribution & logistics.About the role – Projects AdministratorThe successful candidate will be responsible for the handling of any new equipment orders from sale to installation & commissioning.Reporting to the NZ Country Leader/ National Sales & Specifications Manager, the role is responsible for:Assist the project management team with admin and processesEducate subcontractors with the use of the IFS App.Track expenses and work on budget forecastAssess project risksLog projects and invoice in IFSProcess PO's for subcontractors and required materialsSkills & experienceA minimum of 3 years' experience in a Project Management role or associated degreeExperience in the service or building/construction industryTechnical understanding including product knowledgeIntermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, IFS an advantageAAES is an equal-opportunity employer.
